1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and no999 ("no999", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online gaming information and platform portal accessible at https://no999.cam (the "Platform").

no999 is an English-language online gaming portal primarily serving users in Pakistan and providing information on sports betting, live casino, slot games, responsible gambling guidance and associated services. The Platform is intended for informational and entertainment purposes.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2 Definitions

In these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

3 Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "Register", "Sign Up", "I Agree" or any equivalent acceptance button during the registration process, or by continuing to use the Platform after these Terms have been published or updated, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you;
• You meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 4 below;
• You accept sole responsibility for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction;
• You consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

4 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on no999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction. Submitting false date-of-birth information to circumvent this requirement is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined by the operator. It is your responsibility to verify your legal entitlement to use the Platform before registering.
• Single Account: You must not hold, and must not have previously held, another Account on no999. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will be closed and any funds or bonuses may be forfeited.
• No Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by yourself or by any gambling regulatory authority, that would prohibit your participation.
• Own Funds: You must only gamble with funds that belong to you. Using funds obtained through illegal activity, third-party credit obtained for the purpose of gambling, or any mechanism prohibited by applicable law is strictly forbidden.

5 Account Registration & KYC

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You are under an ongoing obligation to update this information if it changes.

no999 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to:

• A valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or current passport — front and back;
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months);
• A selfie or liveness-check confirmation;
• Proof of payment method ownership where required.

All KYC documents must be submitted exclusively through the operator's secure HTTPS verification portal. You must never send identity documents via email, live chat or any unsecured channel. Documents must not be altered, cropped, edited or obscured in any way. Submitting falsified, modified or forged documents is a criminal offence and will result in immediate permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. The operator reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory verification of identity and payment methods.

6 Deposits & Payments

Deposits may be made using the payment methods displayed in the Platform's cashier at the time of transaction. Available methods vary and may include bank transfer, e-wallets and cryptocurrency, subject to the operator's current offerings for your account region.

Familiar Pakistani payment brands — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced on the Platform as contextual payment references only. • All deposit payment methods must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

• Deposits made in error or without valid authorisation must be reported to the operator's support team immediately.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

8 Bonuses & Promotions

All promotional offers published by no999 are illustrative examples unless explicitly confirmed as live, active promotions. Bonus amounts, wagering multipliers, expiry periods and minimum deposit thresholds are subject to the specific terms accompanying each promotion.

The following general bonus rules apply across all no999 promotions unless explicitly varied in the individual offer terms:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the offer before any winnings derived from the bonus become withdrawable. Illustrative example: a 30× wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets.
• Maximum Bet: While bonus funds are active, a maximum single bet limit applies (as specified per offer). Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Game Contribution: Different games contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games, live casino and certain other categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated winnings will expire if the wagering requirement is not cleared within the period stated in the offer terms.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to a maximum cash-out cap per offer.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active at any given time.
• Abuse: The operator reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if evidence of systematic bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, use of automated systems or collusion is detected.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game sessions are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market or casino game as published on the Platform. The following general rules apply:

• All sports bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. The operator reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds due to technical error, data feed failure or human mistake.
• Live (in-play) bets on cricket (including PSL and ICC markets), football, UFC and other sports are subject to potential suspension or delay during technical incidents or data outages. Partially completed events will be settled in accordance with the operator's sporting rules.
• Casino game outcomes (slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat and others) are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Results are final once confirmed by the game server.
• Live dealer game results are determined by the physical outcome observed on the live-streamed table. Video evidence from the game studio constitutes the authoritative record in any dispute.
• The operator reserves the right to void, suspend or reverse any bet or game session where system errors, unauthorised access or suspected fraud are detected.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for all sports and casino products are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and are subject to periodic change.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to register using false information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to exploit Platform features, odds or bonus structures;
• Match fixing, syndicate betting, arbitrage betting networks or any coordinated activity designed to circumvent house edge or exploit Platform vulnerabilities;
• Placing bets using funds obtained through criminal activity, fraud or third-party credit used specifically for gambling;
• Using another person's Account, payment method or identity information without explicit authorisation;
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback or dispute any deposit transaction after receiving service from the Platform;
• Posting, transmitting or distributing harmful, defamatory, fraudulent or illegal content through any Platform channel;
• Circumventing geo-restriction controls through VPNs, proxies or similar tools where such restrictions apply.

Violations will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and — where the conduct may constitute a criminal offence — referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

11 Responsible Gambling

no999 is firmly committed to responsible gambling. We believe gaming should be a form of entertainment only, and we recognise that for some users it can become problematic.

Users are encouraged to make full use of the responsible gambling tools available within their account settings, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to manage spending;
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum net loss over a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders and automatic session cutoffs after a set duration;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from gaming for a defined number of days;
• Self-Exclusion: Request exclusion from the Platform for a fixed period or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion window.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the no999 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, data compilations and software, is the property of no999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse engineer, scrape or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of no999.

The no999 name, logo and associated marks are trademarks or service marks of the operator. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no999 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings;
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, game server errors or payment processing delays beyond the operator's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with applicable local law, including Pakistani gambling legislation;
• Losses arising from reliance on any information published on the Platform, which is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Account Suspension & Closure

no999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, identity theft or other criminal activity;
• At the User's request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure);
• Regulatory obligation or instruction from a competent authority;
• Prolonged Account inactivity, subject to the operator's dormancy policy.

Upon Account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of applicable charges and bonus forfeiture will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus funds are forfeited upon Account closure for breach of Terms.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which no999 holds its applicable operating licence. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that this may differ from Pakistani domestic law and agree that any dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the governing law specified herein.

In the event of a dispute relating to a bet, game outcome or account decision, you must first contact no999 customer support in writing at [email protected]. The operator will acknowledge your complaint within a reasonable timeframe and endeavour to resolve it promptly.

If an internal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to the applicable Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body specified by the operator's licensing authority. The decision of the relevant ADR body shall be final and binding.

16 Privacy & Data

Your use of the Platform involves the collection and processing of personal data. How we collect, use, store and protect your data — including registration information, KYC documents, transaction records and usage data — is described in full in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, customer support and platform improvement.

no999 does not sell your personal data to third parties. You retain the rights to access, correct and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements, as described in the Privacy Policy.
